The Wall That Heals
The Wall That Heals is a traveling ¾-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The Wall That Heals was at the Town of Garner’s Lake Benson Park. Thousands came to visit The Wall. The highlights of the visit included a Candlelight Procession honoring the 58,220 men and women named on The Wall and their families and The Walk to the Wall, when more than 250 Vietnam veterans followed the 2D U.S. Marine Aircraft Wing Band to the Wall.

Hurricane Matthew Benefit
More than $50,000 was raised for the N.C. Baptists on Mission by The Three Phantoms In Concert event at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium on Nov. 29, 2016. The concert included Phantom of the Opera veterans Craig Schulman, Ciaran Sheehan, and Mark Jacoby.
Broadway Singing for Florence Benefit
The North Carolina Symphony joined Broadway veterans Craig Schulman, Gary Mauer, Tamara Hayden, Lana Gordon, and Lawrence Clayton for a concert event benefiting victims of Hurricane Florence on Oct. 20, 2018. More than $45,000 was given to assist N.C. Baptist on Mission.
Salute to the Troops
Salute to the Troops is an annual event to recognize Military veterans during May. Past events have included concerts by Steve Amerson and Laurie Gayle Stephenson, the 82nd Airborne All-America chorus, the 2D U.S. Marine Aircraft Wing Band, and a production of the play, Duty.
Wreath Laying and Gold Star Tree
Every December Show N Tell organizes the laying of wreaths at the Garner Veterans Memorial and the placing of a Gold Star on a tree to recognize the families of men and women who lost their lives in military service and their families.
